Most of us know better than to ask questions like these because the Universe tends to feel the need to reply, thus proving that we are in fact a Cosmis Joke --literally, in Rachel's case.
For those of you who are wondering: yup. That's a porn site and judging by the expression on Rachel's face, she isn't gonna be able to sign that paper.
It just goes to show that everyone need customer service!

OK.. The first question that comes to mind is what kind of customer service does a porn site need? Product demonstrators? How does the phone customer service rep explain how to use a vibrator or some of the other items??

In this case, it was an ad agency. There's a couple of them online where people advertise for goods and *ahem* 'services'.
However, most of the credible online porn shops do have customer service. It's just good business to have someone on the phone lines to hear feedback and swap out bad merchandise.
